Iliani means “sun” in Greek.  It is a symbol of clarity, renewal, boundless energy and hope for future possibility. Just as sunlight is the source of all life, Iliani represents the spark that ignites self-belief and ambition in young leaders. Our choice of yellow as a core brand color reflects this radiance. It symbolizes positivity, creativity and the limitless potential that education unlocks.

The Golden Nest Below: is inspired by the golden weaver, a bird native to Africa. To attract a mate, the male builds and rebuilds his nest until it is strong enough to raise a family. It is a symbol of resilience, care, and the quiet grit. It is the foundation we strive to offer every young leader.
